We care about our users' data and want to establish a relationship of trust and transparency with those who choose to visit or sign up for the YouCity platform. For this reason, before giving your consent to the processing of data, we invite you to read carefully and entirely our Privacy Policy.

YouCity is a crowdfunding and crowdsourcing platform owned by YouCity S.r.l., hereinafter simply referred to as the Company. The YouCity platform and app are based in Italy and therefore subject to the laws of the Italian State. In the management of YouCity, in compliance with the provisions of the European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR), the Company manages the data provided by users during navigation and collects, tracks and communicates to third parties the personal data of its users who sign in on the www.youcity.com platform, for any purpose, as described below.

Hereby it is explained the methods of managing and processing the personal data of the users who visit the site www.youcity.org and the related app. This Privacy Policy is related only to the YouCity platform and does not apply to 3rd websites connected via links on the site and app of YouCity.

1. DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller is YouCity Srl, with its registered office in Milan 20122 – Via Donizetti n° 38 , VAT number 09784410962.

2. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

The Data Protection Officer, also known by the acronym DPO, is the person to contact to manage your data and monitors compliance with the GDPR and collaborates with the supervisory authority (the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data). In particular, the DPO has support and control, consultative, training and information functions regarding the application of the Regulation. At present, the data processor has not been appointed.

3. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

3a. Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the YouCity Portal acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with a user, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses, which can provide information on the place of connection, or the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the user's computer environment. This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, and will be deleted immediately after processing.

3b. Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on the YouCity Portal entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Among the personal data collected, independently or through third parties, there are: cookies, usage data, name, surname, email, username, phone number, profession, province, state, country, post code, gender, date of birth , city, address and image. Other Personal Data collected may be indicated in other sections of the information in question or through informative texts displayed together with the collection of the data. Personal data may be entered voluntarily by the User, or collected automatically during use of the YouCity Portal. Users registered on the YouCity Portal will be able to insert contents (for example documents, information, images, videos, certificates, certifications, etc.) in order to make them available to the Portal Operator itself; third party data can be used only if the prior and express consent of the interested parties to the processing of such data and their communication to third parties has been acquired: the Users therefore take note of the fact that it is forbidden to enter, in the web space made available to them , sensitive and judicial data (pursuant to art. 4, co. 1, letters d) and e) of the Privacy Code) and contents depicting minors without the authorization of those exercising parental authority and, in any case, personal data of third parties in the absence of the necessary authorization for their online distribution; Users therefore assume full responsibility for the content of all documents, images, and other uploaded files, relieving YouCity Srl and the companies that support online access to it regarding possible violations of the Privacy Code for any personal data and / or images of third parties present in them. The User assumes the responsibility of the personal data of third parties, published or shared through the Portal and guarantees to have the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the YouCity Portal Operator from any responsibility towards third parties.

The possible use of Cookies (or other tracking tools) by the YouCity Portal, unless otherwise specified, is aimed at identifying the User and recording their preferences for purposes strictly related to the provision of the service requested by the User himself.

3c. Cookies

This website uses cookies. We use cookies to personalize content and ads, to provide social media features and to analyze our traffic. We also share information on how you use our site with our partners, who may combine it with other information you have provided to them or that they have gathered from your use of their services. Cookies are small text files that can be used by websites to make the user experience more efficient.

4. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT AND LEGAL BASIS

The personal data of the user who registers on the site www.youcity.org or with the relative app are provided to YouCity Srl, and from the latter treated, also through the communication to third parties when necessary and instrumental, for the following purposes:

- To allow and manage your registration to the Platform, your registration to the Newsletter informing about the dissemination of published projects and ongoing initiatives, to take advantage of the services offered and for administrative and accounting purposes and also for the fulfillment of obligations under current legislation ex art. 6 b) GDPR;

- To fulfill obligations, of any nature, foreseen by laws, regulations, community regulations or in any case connected to obligations deriving from provisions received from judicial authorities, from administrative officials or from police organs, for this legitimated by the law or by supervisory and control bodies ex art 6 c) GDPR;

- For purposes related to asserting or defending a right in court by YouCity Srl pursuant to art. 6 c) GDPR. The authorization for the purposes referred to in points a), b) and c) above is mandatory; the refusal could make it impossible for YouCity Srl to provide the services and / or execute the obligations arising from the relationships established through the site or the relevant YouCity app. The relative treatment finds its own legal basis in the consent of the interested party expressed through the check during the registration phase and subsequently through the acceptance of the general regulation of the Platform. Furthermore, the processing satisfies the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, such as: execution of the contract, invoicing, collection of credits. It is to be considered merely optional, and therefore any refusal does not hinder the provision of the services provided by YouCity Srl through the YouCity site and app, the consent to the processing of your data for the following different purposes, functional to the activities of YouCity Srl pursuant to art. 6 a) GDPR.

The relative processing requires the consent of the interested parties:

- For marketing and / or promotional purposes in an automated way (sms, mms, email, fax) or in traditional form (mail, telephone contact);

- For communication to third parties, with consequent treatment by these, who may use them for marketing and / or promotional purposes;

- For own profiling and / or analysis activities related to market and / or statistical surveys. The relative treatment finds its own legal basis in the consent of the interested party manifested through the check during the registration phase.

5. SPECIFIC DATA

Specific data are considered, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 9 GDPR, all data "... suitable for revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, opinions policies, membership in parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to health or sexual life or to the 'sexual orientation of the person' of the person concerned. These data are never collected by YouCity Srl but, should this happen, the company will treat them exclusively following specific and explicit expressions of consent from the interested party, issued in writing, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 9, co 2a) GDPR.

6. TREATMENT MODALITIES

The personal data of the interested parties collected for the purposes directly connected to the provision of the services provided, through the YouCity website and app, will be processed by YouCity Srl employees and collaborators, both internal and external, formally appointed in accordance with the 'art. 4 GDPR as persons formally authorized to carry out the processing of personal data. The processing of the same may take place through manual, computerized and / or telematic systems, including automated systems, in compliance with the rules and principles of lawfulness and correctness, through the most suitable methods to guarantee their security and confidentiality; they will be communicated to third parties only where strictly necessary. YouCity Srl will not collect any data from the Social profiles (Facebook, Google +, Linkedin, Twitter) of the interested parties, except for the email address and the name and profile photo for identification on YouCity. Similarly, no data shared by the interested party on YouCity will be transferred to Facebook, Google +, Linkedin or Twitter, in the absence of specific authorization from the interested party.

7. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTY

Youcity Srl, in compliance with all that has already been provided for in the previous points, communicates the data of the interested parties to:

- The designers, to allow them to carry out the obligations they have assumed towards the supporters of the projects;

- The "Tutors" of the Platform limitedly to the purposes strictly connected with the execution of the activities functional to the carrying out of the special initiatives promoted by them on the Platform;

- To suppliers of consulting services outside the company, such as for example, legal, tax, tax, and similar, and / or IT service providers whose support YouCity Srl can use in carrying out its business through the site and the YouCity app;

- Third parties for the purpose of surveying the satisfaction of the quality of services provided through the site and the YouCity app, and / or processing market research, customer profiling. Your personal data may be transferred abroad, within the European Union or, if outside, in order to provide appropriate and appropriate Warranties pursuant to art. 46 or 47 or 49 of Regulation 679/2016.

8. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA AND CRITERIA USED

The personal data from the press releases and collected by YouCity Srl will be kept for 10 years from the last access to the platform, unless they are necessary to fulfill legal obligations or deriving from the exercise of rights in judicial centers, or on Authority request. Any data processed, subject to your specific consent, for marketing and / or profiling purposes, will be processed for a maximum of 24 months.

9. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The European Regulation 679/2016 recognizes the rights listed below that it can exercise against the Data Controller. Below you will find a complete extract of the articles of law that follow. 9.1. ACCESS RIGHTS

The article 15 of the European Regulation allows you to obtain from the data controller the confirmation that a data processing concerning you is in progress and in this case to obtain access to such data.

9.2. ADJUSTMENT RIGHT

The article 16 of the European Regulation allows you to obtain from the data controller the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary declaration.

9.3. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

The article 17 of the European Regulation allows you to obtain from the data controller the deletion of personal data concerning you without unjustified delay if one of the reasons provided for by the law exists. 8.4. RIGHT OF LIMITATION The article 18 of the European Regulation allows you to obtain the treatment limitation from the data controller when one of the hypotheses envisaged by the law applies.

9.5. RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY

The article 20 of the European Regulation allows you to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, the personal data concerning you provided to a data controller and you have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by part of the data controller to whom you supplied them. Furthermore, it allows you to obtain direct transmission of personal data from one data controller to another, if technically feasible.

9.6. RIGHT OF OPPOSITION

The article 21 of the European Regulation allows you to oppose at any time, for reasons connected to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters e) of), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.

9.7. RIGHT OF REVOCATION OF CONSENT

The article 7 of the European Regulations allows you to revoke your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to revocation.

9.8. COMPLAINT RIGHTS

The article 77 of the European Regulations, if you believe that the processing that concerns you the rules, it recognizes the right to complain to a supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor), particularly in the Member State where you habitually reside, work or place where the alleged violation occurred.
